1. Housing: die cast aluminum alloy( frame size: 025-090); cast iron( fram size: 110-130)

2. Worm20Cr, carburization layer's thickness between 0.3 and 0.5 mm after precise grinding

3. worm wheel: wearable stannum bronze alloy.

 

Surface Painting:

Aluminum alloy housing:

 

1. shot blasting and special antiseptic treetment on the aluminum alloy surface.

2. After phospating, paint with RAL 5010 bule or silvery white paint.

 

Casting housing:

First paint red antirus panit, then paint with RAL 5010 blue or silvery white paint.
